Our vessel is certified by the United States Coats Guard to accommodate up to 45 passengers
For comfort we recommend that you limit your guest count to less than 40 Passengers and 35 Passengers if you have a food program
You are allowed to bring on your own food, however due to our liquor license, all alcoholic beverages must be purchased on the vessel.
If you have your own food program you are responsible for all items for that food program including:
utensils, table cloths and all cleaning of the vessel.
An 18% service charge is added to the entire charter bill regardless of who provides the food program.
All payments are due prior to sailing. Cancellation prior to 7 days before the event will be refunded 50% of charter bill. Any charter
canceled within 7 days of the charter will be charged for the entire charter bill.
